A group of hospitality businesses including a Michelin guide listed vegan restaurant, iconic event space, and city centre hotel. They had an existing in-house transactional finance team but were lacking meaniningful reporting, commercial insight and had outdated manual systems.Operationally we updated processes for event sales, staff scheduling, ordering and hotel management as well as supporting them with bringing payroll in-house. Commercially we established a range of daily, weekly and monthly reports and took a lead on supplier renegotiations and stakeholder management.

We assistend with the acquisition and and subsequent operational and financial development of an established waste management company. Post acquisitoin there was significant work needed to modernise the process the outdated processes of the previous owners. We introduced and embedded new systems, establised reporting and controls and advised on cashflow management to support an extensive CAPEX program.
